how does one TACTFULLY deal with neighbors that are suspected of having roaches? I don't do roaches. Should I just talk to my landlord about it (he doesn't own the other townhouse?) Or, should I place a basket full of Raid by their door? Or, should i just ask them? (But how do you say, i think you have roaches, clean up.)

...also don't slip on the handwashing (matter fact...I'll be doing that soon as I finish typing this)...and drink lots of fluids

Over the weekend I learned that my hometown (harrisburg) has a few cases of swine flu and there are schools that have been shut down as a result.

I havent' been taking my vitamins as regularly...but I will try to do it everyday this week, at least.
