ok. so i had to hold off until i did some research and found one that suited me and my lifestyle.
i'm going to start this weekend with a 7 day detox and follow a vegetarian diet while i'm on it. (i can't fast. i wouldn't last.) during this time there will be no caffiene, processed sugar, meat, or alcohol. i'm trying to decide whether i'll eat eggs and drink milk.
once this is done, i have a daily detox tea that i'll drink for 30 days.
to get through this, i'm hoping that prayer (cuz i will need strength), exercise, and working on accomplishing goals will help me. these 7 days will be a true test (no pepsi?!

) and i think that it will only help me in more ways than i can calculate right now. one of the good things is i KNOW i'll be more conscious about what i put in my body. i've already been more careful jsut by thinking about doing it.
