update: my body misses the diet that i was on. it craves water and veggies and stuff like it never did before. i may drink 1 pepsi a day. coffee now makes me jittery (until my body gets used to the caffiene again), and i'm really not craving sugar. i feel like i lost my essence. Sad

Hell I say continue to eat healthy. It's what your body really needs. I enjoyed reading this diary. During my pregnancy I developed a few bad eating habits that I've just recently started weening from and it feels good. Plus it's makes it easier for me to combat stress when I am eating better and getting enough sleep. Well I'm working back towards it atleast. And damn all the talk about salmon makes me look forward to the pot luck. It also makes me crave some fresh marinated tuna....brown rice....asparagus with cream sauce.....spinach salad.......all washed down with my favorite wine. Mmmmmmmmm good times. Good times.
