When a man has his spouse pregnant, is it true that he has some symptoms as well?

I've only seen that on sitcoms, and even then, it was a psychological thing.

. . . scratch . . . consulting google . . . study . . .

Apparently there are plenty of documented cases of sympathetic pregnancy and it can have observable physical effects on a man. Scientists don't know if it's because of hormones, psychology, or something else. Some guys even get big stomachs.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I would feel bad for my ex. He suffered right along with me. He was exhausted, had cravings, and was nauseous and sick all the time. At first, I thought he was trying to upstage me. But, he looked how I felt and NO ONE could fake that!

I'm a hopeless romantic, too. So I agree with you. That was undoubtedly the closest we ever were throughout our entire relationship. It got on everyone else's nerves, though. LOL

yeah, it may seem strange but men do get those symptoms sometimes when their spouse is pregnant.
the day before i found out that i was going to be a father i was nauseous. heavin' all over the house and dizzy. if it hadnt happene to me i wouldnt believe it possible.
