I just heard a radio interview with Kanye West and it was really good. They asked him what does he enjoy the most: creating music OR performing it. This was his response:

The performance is the active celebration of the creation of the music.

I liked it so much, I had to write it down immediately.

Hello, Hello, Hello - Roots - Rising Down

I know where I'm goin,' even when it's dark
And being led down that road (Hello, hello, hello, hello)
You don't see that something's wrong,
Earth's spinnin' outta control? (Hello, hello, hello, hello)
Everything's for sale, even souls
Someone get God on the phone! (Hello, hello, hello, hello)
Northside, nigga, Southside (Hello hello hello)
Shit’s poppin' off worldwide (Hello hello hello)

Yo, between the greenhouse gases, and Earth spinnin' off its axis
Got Mother Nature doin' back flips, the natural disasters
It's like 80 degrees in Alaska, you in trouble if you’re not an Onassis

I know im not the only one who hates when yu hear an idea u thought of or a line yu thought of come out of someone elses mouth and now you feel you cant use it because of fear of people saying you bit the other persons style...

Poser, no sir,
My hustle, so Russell,
I stretch work, Yoga,
You know i got it down dog, Al Roker,
I used to knock pounds off...
It ain’t nothing for me to knock nouns off,
these MC’s praying for my downfall,
They just haters, I wave at you,
I’m so player,
I’ll never be done, I’m so rare...
