years ago i used to attend a weekly workshop/gathering in atlantic city headed by raymond tyler - wise words. not only did we share and critique each other's work, we debated and provoked each other on all topics & current events. i miss that intellectual and even playfull interaction. it's something that you can't get by going to a venue. ever since i've moved i haven't found another one, so i'm looking and even thinking of starting one. (it's times like this when i WISH i had my bookstore.)

so how is the new one going? you started something of your own right?

slow. i went last week and they were closing early, but didn't tell me. so, i hung out with the little kids and reconnected with the older kids that were there.

i'll be back in 2 weeks. we'll see what happens.
