Essence Music Festival - writer blocks group trip?

i've always wanted to go to new orleans for the longest and haven't for a couple of reasons (money, too hot that time of year, then katrina.)

anyway, i'm going this summer - no matter what. then i realized the essence music festival is 7/4-6. would anyone be interested in taking a writer blocks group trip? it would be cheaper if a couple of us went.

tizzy, you could probably right the trip off as a business expense. i would be going down to research during the day, and then have fun at night.

i know it's not overseas, but it's a start.

the 3 of us can split a room, that way we cxan stay somewhere nice, and still have a somewhat cheap trip.

don't look at it like that...think about it this way...you would be considered the man for being the lone male with 3 beautiful, sexy, and intelliegent women. Laughing

No offense but, Alyson, get a price quote for the 3 of us. If I know Damali well, he will say that he's going and then cancel at the last minute and then we'll all be screwed. I see him do this stuff all the time - on purpose. I have references Very Happy

Well Alyson the good news is that Traycee can definently make it down with us because Traycee told me all about this niece.

Traycee..she's the youngbuck with all those kids right? You told me that she spent more money last year on DNA testing than her rent! So, I am sure she cannot afford to go down to the big easy. Razz
